Whether the SUV did something prior to the video or not.. That biker was an IDIOT for pulling in front of a vehicle and decelerating/braking quickly. I dont care how fast your bike decelerates without breaking, that just means youre a dumbass for decelerating in the first place.
He's a pussy for taking off? How long before they smashed out his windows anyway? Like someone said on the previous page, its MOB mentality, they were probably getting angrier by the minute once they had him surrounded. Honestly, I'd do the same shit. Wanna surround my family in an intimidating and aggressive manner? Don't expect me to hang around that shit Im going to take off and get the hell out.
Of course I feel bad for some of the bikers that got ran over. But WTF were they doing in front of the SUV in the first place once surrounded? If they wanted nothing to do with it they tell their fellow riders to stop OR get the fuck out of the way to the sidelines where you wont get smashed.

I thought I heard that early on in the investigation. I could be mistaken or the news source may have not been accurate... . . .

I read a few days ago in an online article that the undercover cop had his charges increased significantly due to a new video coming to light that shows him being an even bigger piece of shit during the SUV-biker gang incident.

Yeah, I do think that guy probably does that. That was a huge gang of aggressive assholes. It's quite likely the attack was racially motivated. The article earlier pointed out that several people in the attack had been previously arrested for violent offenses.

EXACTLY! They were totally in the wrong. Any respectable motorcylist doesn't take over the damn highway, even when they are in a large group. They should have taken up 2 lanes at most (1 if they are actually nice, understanding people) not all 3. Common sense, people. The bikers were completely at fault from everything seen in the video. Only if the SUV side-swiped them or shot at them before the video started could I understand such an extreme reaction. These assholes acted like they owned the highway and were unceremoniously proven wrong on that point. I feel bad for the paralyzed guy but if you're part of an illegal effort to block a vehicle in then you're pretty much asking for whatever you get. Maybe next time these guys won't be so stupid and arrogant to think they own the damn highway.

Pretty sure it looks like that guy was break checking the range rover and already trying to box him in, my bet is there had already been some sort of exchange

For sure, but that aspect can't be reported or even discussed.
