15! Wow. I only had 5 with this one
That "mini mono" is really way smaller than most mini monos I've seen; I only used two of my half pints as spawn for that one. The trays contain one jar each, so the two of those trays and the mono both have the same total amount of coir/Verm. I just took Damian's coir tek and reduced it down to my needs. His tek calls for 5 quarts of spawn, which is equal to 20 half pints. So if you're doing 15 and want to use all of them as spawn, you'd need to reduce his measurements to 3/4 of the original
So if you're using that many jars as spawn, you really would just end up making a smaller mono and not a mini.
Take all of this with a grain of salt - I'm not TOO experienced, but I've done my reading Hope that helped!

Also, question for @taGyo, or anyone else that wants to answer. I'm worried about the layer of Verm on my trays. It's definitely not that thick, it just seems like it would prevent evaporation and light for the mycelium, wouldn't it?

Don't worry about it, it's just holding in the humidity closer to the surface to invoke pinning. Trust me, you'll be fine

Day 5 in fruiting for mono, day 6 for trays. Still no signs of primordia or pins at all
(I hit the mono with my spray bottle after I took this pic because I didn't see any moisture on the surface)
(The only difference I've noticed with these trays after putting them in fruiting is the block appear to have shrunk because there's more space around the edges)

That ain't 2 pins about 2 inches away from that sprout at the 2 o'clock position? Kinda looks like it...maybe not

Nope...I'm starting to wonder if these weren't fully colonized when I put them into fruiting. Everyone said they were, but I wonder if the flash on my phone light just made them look whiter than they actually were

I just sprayed the mono because he surface moisture was looking low, and I accidentally had the bottle on the squirt setting instead of the spray. That won't hurt the mycelium will it? Like instead of the normal droplets of water on the surface I could see t soak into the coir and make it dark from the water

You'll probably have a sweet bruise where the water hit...but your fine.

Day 7 in mono, day 8 for trays, still nothing. I'm not too worried about the trays, they're shrinking more and more everyday so I know there's still mycelial activity. But I'm convinced something has to be wrong with the mono. Surface moisture keeps disappearing and it looks the exact same every day, no progress. Here are the pics
(Top left corner isn't contam, that's where the bottle was accidentally on squirt instead of mist.)

Also, would it be better if it just birthed/dunked those two trays and put them in the SGFC like normal cakes? They've consolidated so much at this point (I can tell by the shrinking) that I feel like it would work.

Update: trays have been birthed as loaves, I spray and fan them in he SGFC several times a day. Still nothing much with the mono, although I definitely do see a lot of small hyphae knots, but they're very small and haven't been getting much bigger. Just gotta keep waiting

Hyphal knots in the mono are getting slowly bigger every day...just waiting for them to get big enough and become pins and then shoot off
Still no signs of primordia on the tray loaves, but I know they'll come eventually

Knots are picking up more and more, and it's hard to see but there are even a few pins popping up!

I really want to run a small fan next to the monotub facing the wall like everyone says to, but I'm worried it will mess up the SGFC. If I did so, I could move the SGFC to the other side of the room, and the fan I would use would just be a small table fan. Would this be a problem?

I'll bump that question with this pic where you can see some of the pins in the mono
