I'll put up a pic later! And would it be THAT bad to add them? Here's the list:
All of those measurements would be cut in half for my purposes, maybe even a bit more since I'm only using four jars. Plus a small amount of worm castings. I won't do it if you really do strongly advise me not to, it's just that I already went and bought that stuff and I guess am just being impatient hahaha. I figured that, while potentially allowing contams to get a foothold, wouldn't it also help the myc. to colonize much faster? I also can't find gypsum in anything smaller than a 50 lb bag so I don't know where to get that

Its not BAD for them, it's just GOOD for more then just them if that makes sense. I completely think you should try this, I don't want to dissuade you, but to combat any unforseen problems with not properly sterilizing or pasturizing anything in that combination I would suggest just doing it normal.
Honestly I think genetics and environment determine a lot more then nutrient content in Coir/Verm. Hpoo and the rest are a different story, they definitely do something for the myc in terms of nutritional content.
You can do what you want and I'll support you though mayne
How many qt jars do you have again? that tub is going to have some serious moisture and dialing-in problems, I'd go with bigger. How deep are you going to make your sub? 'Cause in that I'd say like an inch or two lol, barely anything honestly. And your holes will be displaced.
Try a 27 qt mini mono if you have at least 3 jars, 4 would be great.

The jars I have a are half pint...so if I'm using four of those that would be equal to one quart sized jar. That being said, does that tub size make more sense?

UPDATE: 2/5 jars are at 100%, and one of them is pinning in vitro. 2 others are nearly at 100%, and one of those is also pinning in vitro (ironically it's the one I was worried about being contaminated). The 5th jar is colonized much slower and is way behind, and I'll probably just put that one into an SGFC when it's ready. I know 2 of the 4 are only at about 95-97%, but would it be safe to go ahead and birth the 4 and dunk and then case them with the coir/Verm tomorrow? Or maybe the next day if needed?

Well I went ahead and reduced the recipe again so I can just go ahead and spawn the two jars that are at 100%. Pics to follow

Cased two of the jars with coir Verm and gypsum into two trays, and I cut two holes in each of the lids and covered the holes with micropore tape. Here's a pic
Any thoughts? Should I take the micropore tape off? Does this look good?

Leave the tape on, Good choice to spawn but did you do 1 to each? Are those thick or thin? Because 1 cake is a pretty low spawn ratio unless those are smaller then the pics make them appear to be.
Did you put micropore because there's a hole there? 'Cause that's good, it'll make sure GE is happening as well.

Yeah, there are holes underneath the tape. And surprisingly, those are only from two jars. those trays are about 2 in. wide, 2 in. deep, and 7 or 8 inches long. i only used an 1/8th of a brick of coir, 1 cup of vermiculite, a teaspoon of gypsum, and 2 cups of water. But yeah, essentially there is one jar per tray

What is the cause of the stall? Can it be prevented?

The stall was caused by using tall jars instead of the short half pints...yep use the short jars

but is it a moisture to substrate issue or a substrate to mycelium growth rate issue. Or is it an unknown?

The problem is that the jars are so tall that the mycelium has a harder time reaching the gas exchange at the top

Not to mention water is pulled out of the substrate and towards the bottom of the jar, creating a damp environment mycelium won't colonize.
