I've always wanted an LCD screened Monitor for my artwork, and basically thats what these are.. So expensive though :frown:

The first link has smaller ones, that aren't really regular monitors (a stand up box) but like those uhm... what are they called.. Palm Pilots? Its layed down flat, like a wacom, but you actually see the drawing as you do it on the screen.

I think that'd probably be cooler than the the monitor stand - up type.. because then itd be just like drawing in a sketch book, only instant CGI

just wanted to know who else is creamified by this

I think a really thin/flexible/lite one could be the future of newspapers, comix and all print media. Imagine wirelessly accessing all forms of print media into a cool little unit...then you can draw, sketch over something then save and delete to your liking.

That's really cool... maybe they'll be the standard one day and I'll be able to afford one.

the publishing companies are holding this kind of stuff back because its exactly like you say eventually they can just sell all printable media wirelessly right into your machine - that puts a lot of people out of a job.

Insert an "I think" mentally in front of eveything I say that seems sketchy, because I certainly don't KNOW much. Also; feel free to yell at me.
