I've done a year long psychotherapy course. There are techniques (EFT, hypnosis, simple right communication) that enable you to get to human uncounsciessness in order to "fix" the psychotrauma one is carrying with himself. While performing many of these techniques, people cry, scream, beg for life, faint, roll on the floor, get muscle spasms...anything really, while they are in the trance. Without single mind-altering substance. This is the uncounsiessness's way of resolving traumas.
Now, I feel like shrooms have incredible therapeutic potential (which recent research only supports) so I see perfectly OK that people would faint and stuff. It can still be only in your head, not induced biochemically at all (or actually yes, but psyché is the trigger here). I believe OP is just this case.
Hope you guys get what I'm saying.

I've never fainted on shrooms, but I have almost fainted. It was absolutely not psychological, it was definitely pharmacological. It was a sudden drop in blood pressure.
