So I've got a couple oyster clones going and they grew out on the agar very scattered and whispy, no rhizo growth at all. Will it still be transferable?

might be cobweb.
I had a clone that was badly burned by a red hot scalpel. It was very weak at first and then got thicker.

Interesting. I mean it honestly doesn't look like the cobweb I've seen in the past, but it also doesn't look like I can get a very good transfer

oyster smells a little bit like black licorice. its on the sweet side. but, i think cobweb is too (been a while but i think i remember it being sweet, could b wrong though)
u got plenty of spots to transfer from what i can see. i'd hit 4-5 o clock

if u can't tell by visual reference, u can tell by speed. cobweb is unmistakably fast.

The big cotton ball looking thing in the middle looks like oysters for sure. The weird wispy shit branching out around it is making me go wtf? Obviously it isn't cobweb.. it wouldn't be branching, it'd be exploding. But I'm not entirely convinced that's mushroom mycelium either. It looks really off to me

And a couple more from this one- started in on that piece and saw I got some of the discoloration- not knowing what it was I reclaimed and chose a different spot.
