Yakult probiotic cultivation

So I just brought some Yakult, and I'm going to mix one or two 65ml bottles into a 1L bottle of milk. I can't see how this won't work, but I can't seem to find anything online about other people doing it.
I'm wondering what temp I should keep it at, and for how long. Also wondering if the milk will need any sugar or anything for the bacteria to feed on.
Does anybody have any input at all? I know it won't taste exactly like Yakult, because that has dextrose and who knows what else, but fuck it, I'll see what happens.

Skimming through some Web sites, it seems that 35c would be a good temperature to cultivate lactobacillus casei at. However, it also seems that milk may not be the best medium for cultivation. I'm not sure what the actual yield would be and if it comes close to the concentration found in yakult. Also, fermentation may bring the risk of other yeasts and bacteria (particularly yeasts) colonizing your milk. You could try and pasteurized or even cook the milk and let cool before adding the yakult so you're starting with a relatively clean substrate. I'm not sure when you'd reach an optimal concentration of bacteria and how to find out if there aren't other contaminants in sufficient numbers to be a problem. However, intuitively, I'd say that it would work analogous to making yoghurt, so you could look up some info about yoghurt making.

Thanks for that Koraks. Maybe I should just make some Kefir instead.
I have already put the Yukult into the milk, and I have had it sitting in warm water today. I have made yoghurt before, and that is pretty much the method I am using for this.
