Hello everybody
so i was just making some BRF substrate but apparently my pressure cooker isnt big enough to sterilize it all this evening. Is it possible to store some of it over night in the fridge?
best regards,

Yes, Its Possible and fine. No issues will develop overnight. All the bacteria and contaminants are killed during sterilisation ( PC'ing )

I once made brf cakes that I forgot to sterilize because of time constraints. I left them on a shelf, and about a week later I started seeing some cobweb popping up on the side of the glass. One or two days is okay, but don't leave them out longer or you'll grow mold.

You can freeze it and thaw it out in the microwave as needed.

freeze is a little extreme for one night and And never use a Microwave..
A Fridge is a great way to store for around 3 days, Any longer than that and you should throw out the Substrate and start over.
