What the fuck is this

This is my first time and i had some problems controlling humidity. Whatever, my little shrooms are growing fast but what is happening to them? The little ones have white dots and then when they grow a big white thing like a rogue mushroom grow on them. It's contamination? I can't find any information about this tipe of thing.
Thanks!

Your substrate is sick. Just look at it in the pic you uploaded yourself. See the discolored slimy looking areas at the top?
I had a discussion with PastyWhyte about stressed/sick substrates throwing off deformed fruit bodies. This may be contributing to the anomalies you are seeing. Genetics is causing the odd growth more than likely though. The are fine to consume either way. Put some holes in the bag so they get FAE. Humidity is far less important. Don't use kits.

That's stroma. Most likely related to the genetics as well.

the sub's contaminated. If you want to salvage those fruits poke some holes like steve said. Honestly having it in open air would be better than that kit with no holes. They need fae.

Good point. I need to do more research as I have not experienced it personally.

I wanted to try a kit cause is easy and quick, then learn about it and start with all of DIY stuff. These things are edible? Because they don't look so..good, but if you say that they're edible I can try one. Now they're without bag and growing.
Thanks for the answers!

Yes they are edible. Dry them cracker dry first.
Open air will work, however you could also cut some vertical slits or poke a number of small holes in the bag to continue in there.
If you are going open air be sure to keep up with misting as it may begin to dry out.
