Any recipes or suggestions would be appreciated, I desperately need more calories in my diet while breastfeeding. Feeling like you're going to pass out with a baby in your arms is a horrible feeling

Quinoa, brown rice, farro, and barley are good sources of cals and you can add things to them to up the calories and make them tastier. Add chicken breast or some veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peppers, whatever you like) to provide an added boost.
Get some healthy fats in your diet from raw seeds/nuts, coconut oil, avocados, and fish. The nuts/seeds and oils are calorie dense too. Since you're breastfeeding do not eat to much fish though, I am sure you know this. Trader Joe's has good prices on nuts and seeds.

No I didn't know that actually...my diet consists mainly of fish cooked in coconut oil and sauteed veggies...its been hard to find time to cook lately though, so much so that I bought a microwave so I can make larger portions and reheat them. I haven't had a microwave in years lol

I can't stand quinoa btw but I'm wondering if cous cous would be a good source. I love the stuff and it's super quick to make.

Couscous is really good too! I like couscous with brown sugar on it.
Microwave eh, yeah not the most ideal way to cook stuff, but hey ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
Dried fruit is considered a calorie rich food that is great for you and the baby, just make sure to buy the unsulphured/unsweetened stuff if you can, that way you're only getting fruit. Add some dried fruit to Greek yogurt with some type of nuts/seeds too, a great healthy snack.
Do you like oatmeal, I love it because it gives me tons of energy. So make you some oatmeal, sweeten with maple syrup (real stuff only), maybe add a tablespoon of peanut butter to it for an added burst of dankness, just make sure the peanut butter is the "just peanut" stuff and no added oil.

I use the micro to reheat. Im too picky to buy something that would be considered microwave food...I like my food to be real lol
Never tried couscous with brown sugar, that sounds pretty good actually. I usually put olive oil, pesto and some sauteed mushrooms, black olives and tomato for dinner but yours sounds like an awesome breakfast...btw I hate oatmeal unfortunately, its a texture thing, just looks slimey to me.

Weight gainer shakes, they normally have fruit, peanut butter, oats, protein powder, olive oil, nuts/nut butters pretty much anything you want, and they are normally around 1000 calories. There is some good recipes on the web if you look for them.

you could make a natural homemade wieght gainer shake
Heavy cream, coconut cream, grass-fed beef, bacon, eggs
Saturated fat is your friend when it comes to bulking/increasing calories. And contary to mainstream medical opinion, it is VERY healthy. For animal products, make sure to generally go for grass-fed and humane etc. For the animals, and also yourself

* Pita bread, nuttelex, leafy vegetables, 3 slices of cheese, and plenty of olive oil.
* Leafy vegetables and stuff like carrots, cucumber, broccoli, etc. 4 scrambled eggs, chia seeds, some fruit (bananas, apples, and/or strawberries), and plenty of olive oil.
* Same vegetables as above, beef/chicken/fish, brown rice or sweet potatoes, and plenty of olive oil.

Don't know about pregnancy, but when I'm trying to get my energy levels up its mainly meats, tubers, and bananas. They are literally the only things that keep me satiated

When you say "tastes like grease" are you referring to a personal dislike of the taste itself? Or a mental preconception that eating greasy food is bad? If it's the latter, grass fed beef is actually very healthy assuming you maintain a good veggie intake

But if red meat feels gross to you, try eggs, coconut, and heavy cream. Heavy cream and coconut cream are my #1 for putting on mass

Dates....high calorie, low fat. Pure clean energy.
You can just snack on them, or some people make Datorade. Throw 20 pitted medjool dates (1400 calories) into a good blender, put in a cup of ice, some pure water, some cinnamon, and blend the shit out of it. Tastes almost like a chocolate shake. Keep adding more water slowly until you get the consistency you want. I like to get mine like ultra-thick milk, but not as thick as a shake. Don't make it too thin, because it gets less sweet. If you happen to make it too thin, just throw in some agave syrup until it's as sweet as you want it. You can do the same with ripe bananas. Sugar doesn't make you fat, don't believe that hype. Fat makes you fat.
Peace and Congrats

you already eat oily fish so keep that up, but lots of nuts to, especially pine kernels. They have a great mixture of fat/protein in them and when ground up with water make a nice milk to.
It's a shame you don't like pork so I really must suggest you get some pork mince (ground pork) and turkey mince. They taste the same, smell the same, the only difference is when cooking in a pan turkey squeeks. Together they're very good (I did it to make some less fatty meatloaf)
Natural fats. Olive, sunflower, almond and peanut oils, butter, lard, suet. Also, you may be tired with the baby and all, but please try to use the oven. Microwaves kill vitamins and make the food a lot less nutritious. All cooking does, but microwaves are even more destructive.
I'm lazy, often what I do is put some potatoes in the oven, come back two hours later and add ham, butter and salad, or whatever you'd like with a potato. Sweet potatoes to, they have a higher energy content than white spuds and have more anti-oxidants in them, thus the colour.
