Before or after?
You can take it regularly as sources say 80% of Americans Are Magnesium Deficient. And taking it with psychs would be even better. Out of all the vitamins, this one would be the best one to take. You could call it the Ketamine vitamin.

Ive been feeling pretty shitty lately.
After listening ti a radio advert for about 30 min yesterday talking about the benefits of his calmax formula, rich in calciun and magnesium, im pretty open to the idea.
Ill go buy some now. If not magnesium oxide, then what?

Well, try and get the best deal that's not magnesium oxide. It does not really matter, once its not oxide. Ask at the pharmacy for magnesium that is not the oxide version or look at the back of the bottles yourself in shops, health food stores,pharmacy's,etc.... don't go for a special brand or anything.
also look into cod liver oil with vitamin d <-- seriously, makes you feel great. and the high levels of vitamin d boost testosterone sky rocket .... I found a source of a Icelandic cod liver oil, and its only €8 for a whole 1-2 months supply. while other leading companies sell it up to €40 and it would only do for a month.

The body feel for mushrooms is always amazjng for me. Sometimes when i get sweaty, it'll feel kinda bad, but all i need to do is step outside.
For LSD I'll gdt tense during some parts of the trip.

On LSD my back pain definitely didn't get any better. I don't know if it was worse or if I was just more aware of it, but I switched positions in my bed a whole lot.
On mushrooms I didn't seem to notice my back pain, but maybe that was because I was laying on a blanket at a park.

Magnesium acts as a muscle relaxer and can reduce muscle tension and pain.

It's the way you sit or whatever on shrooms. I never notice posture, muscle tensing, or anything else while tripping. Then they wear off and I got a headache, sore back, neck etc. Just need to remember to do body checks.

idk about a side effect of the dose. but in my experience the source of back pain is the weight of the head.
or arch support/posture

IME, The older you are....the more pains are felt during a mushroom trip.I've got arthritis that is around 24 / 7...most of the time, I don't pay attention to it...but, when I'm tripping...I can feel each and every area that is affected. I also feel the vasoconstriction more now than when younger. I'm in pretty good shape, but mushrooms always seem to tell me what area of my body needs work.
Lol...Just remember...all that crazy shit you do to your body in your teens and 20's....comes back to haunt you....I promise.

Mag is one of the BEST ones to take on the daily. It is the mechanism that actually allows for DNA repair to take place. AKA less chance of developing cancer .
Doc's do prescribe for what you need it for though.
