Jars and my PC question.

Hello everyone!
Ive been on a few year hiatus. After moving recently, i found a PC in my attic and have no idea where it came from. It was brand new in the box. So i thought i might try another grow now that i have a PC. So i went shopping after brushing up on some research and refamiliarizing myself with the process (and learning new things). This will be my first attempt with WBS with a PC. Ive done PF Tek and a mono in the past with success. (I ordered a bag from a vendor for my previous mono) Ive already run into an issue that i could use some input on.
1st: The PC i have is electric. I never knew they existed. Has anyone else used an electric PC before? If so, how were your results?
2nd: (most important) This PC is MUCH smaller than i anticipated. I have 1qt jars and can hardly get 1 to fit inside. If i lay them sideways, i can get 2 in there. Thats not an issue for me though as it doesnt bother me to have to PC only 2 at a time. My question is will it be okay to lay them in sideways? I will have silicone injection ports with tyvek GE vent on my lids. I will also more then likely have to go without a rack as im already pressed for space as it is.
Any input is greatly appreciated
Edit: I took some pictures but cant upload them from my phone unfortunately.

Never used an electric pc but I'm sure they work ok. And you can lay jars on there sides just make sure to foil them good enough so water doesn't enter and throw your water content off and get the filter wet

input?
get a pc that can hold more than two jars.
using it without a rack sounds dumb - at least use a cloth.

Yeah, they will most definitely crack inside the PC once 15 psi is reached, especially if you lay them on their side.
IMO, I think you should just invest in a much bigger PC (I use a 23qt Presto), unless you wanna keep doing 2 jars at a time.

Psi doesn't crack jars. Direct heat does. The psi is the same In and outside of the jar

There was another thread about electric PC's recently. Apparently they typically don't reach 15 PSI, so you probably wanna stick to PF tek anyway if the specs don't check out. Maybe some light fluffy grains like grass seed would be more feasible to do at lower pressure, idk. There was also a guy here who just got away use using partially ground rice in a PF cake without bacteria, maybe that would be something to try in it.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...
