Leaving aborts on bulk grow

I had over 100 aborts and 20 normal shrooms. I dont want to pick the aborts cause new pins are already forming.
Is it safe to fan the abort FC in the same room where i have other FC? How fast aborts will rot? Can i grow this 2nd flush and then toss it?

If you plan to toss after a 2nd flush, then i think you will be okay.
I too have run into the issue of having way too many aborts to pick, because of horrible fruiting conditions prior to the 1st flush.

The pins are forming 1 day after when i harvested the shrooms, and the new white pins can be seen under the spores that the normal shrooms has dropped on the substrate.
Im trying this the 1st time that i wont pick the aborts because if i pick them, the new pins are coming with the substrate that come with the aborts.

Okay, then i would definitely leave alone. More manipulation can be a bad thing.
Just a tip, when my substrate is dry and it's hard to "twist and pull" the fruits cleanly without damaging the surrounding area, I just use a sharp knife and cut the fruit at the base.
Leaving the stem flush to the substrate is okay and it will keep the area around the mushroom intact, where a pin could be forming.

Also, those spores that dropped from the 1st flush didn't form those new pins you see now. Those pins formed alongside the "1st flush pins" during the first week of fruiting conditions.
Another reason to harvest carefully. Good luck!
