Bacterial super speed
    #22022475 - 07/30/15 10:44 PM (8 years, 5 months ago)

I'll keep this short. Inoculated a jar last month. It colonized in two weeks except a few parts where bacteria took hold. Shook the jar and spawned it to my monobuckets (three of them). I spawned it 3 days ago and here is what it looks like

Ive never had spawn colonize substrate that quickly. Z strain

If you use a really high spawn:bulk ratio, then it can colonize very quickly.

In my journal, I have a post where I spawned 5 quarts of wbs to 1 quart of CVG and it colonized in 1 day
