Hi how r u, well today was my first attempt to inoculation the substrate after sterlization in pc next I used about 2 cups of water in my 6 quart pressure cooker but somehow water entered my jars during process. I drilled holes on lid top of jars, used duct tape to cover drilled holes on mason jars and also covered with foil. As far as other jars it was super hard for me to insert syringe into inoculation points .Is there any helpful advice to better my process what did I do wrong and what do I need to do?

Flame until the needle is red hot. It will turn black first (because you're using a lighter), then slowly turn red.
Flame sterilize between each JAR, not each inoculation hole. .25 cc a hole for 1cc total each BRF jar. Grains is 1CC as well.
After flame sterilization gently push down on the plunger. It'll shoot out steam until a drop of liquid comes out. Let the drop gently fall and then push your needle through the hole, making sure to angle it TOWARDS THE GLASS. I look down and check to make sure my needle is against the glass sometimes but you can feel it.
If you push and it feels difficult and nothing's coming out gently pull your needle upward while shooting. BE CAREFUL, this will immediately loosen up your needle and if you're pushing too hard you'll shoot way too many CCs into a hole.
Can you watch those mushroom videos? They really do a great job at showing you what to do.

Nope was not able but was able to watch rr videos followed step by step to the tee although the part in which he displayed how much water to fill into the pc was very unclear to me. So I figured that by having a 6 quart pc that I would need to add more water if I intended to get a proper sterlization of my jars due to the fact that I need to pc for 90 minutes. A minute amount of water as suggested in the videos would be Insufficient... blah blah... I made a triple layer stacked device so my jarz steam somehow manged to get inside...ah how to prevent this

A lot of people watch the videos, think they know better than RR, change something and mess up. I would guess you put too much water in and/or released pressure while the PC was cooling down.

It's not that I think I know more than he does by no means could my knowledge surpass his on this subject... hey I'm a newbie to microbiology all I know iz that I know nothing... when using that amount of water pc dried up and some how droplets of steam was inside the jar... will go back go the beginning and make sure that I am properly sealing jars with foil... and I'm going to use his prescribed amount of water... hopefully steam droplets will not enter my substrate jar

I have used probably the same PC you are using now. I put down a layer of rings, a layer of foil, a layer of 5 foil balls about the size of ping pong balls, and another layer of foil. Filled with water to just below jars. I only used foil on the jars no tape and never had any problems. It shouldn't be running dry, check your rubber gasket/seal, also after it reaches pressure turn your temp down just high enough to maintain correct pressure.

If when I put the flame to my syringe and some of the spores came out and are now inside the container along with the syringe am i at risk of contamination

Glad your here ok this is what happened I inoculated one jar and as I put the flame to the syringe to sterlize it the solution from syringe gushed out. Afterwards I immediately put the syringe back in its casing. As I was about to try the inoculation process again I noticed that the casing from the syringe mentioned before had some of the content from the syringe inside of it... is this syringe contaminated

You mean the needle? As you flame sterilize your initial needle there should be no liquid. After you've pushed it out once the next time you flame sterilize there will be some liquid that comes out. Mine normally spits out in steam form. That's not contamination, that's just the nature of the beast.
Pics would help.

Yes I that was a question sorry for not using correct punctuation. My jars contain codensation, droplets of water on the inside. Read a link that was sent to me about the subject matter but didn't quite answer my question. Also I'm currently reading rr's notez and he doesn't really touch on that matter
