Inoculating in a dresser drawer?

I have a big dresser. It has big drawers. I feel like I can just spray a shit ton of Lysol in there, sanitize my hands, put on rubber gloves and spray them with rubbing alcohol, go over my needles (I have spore syringes) with a lighter, then remove my jars from the pressure cooker, take off the rubber bands and aluminum foil, inject the spores in a 360 degree motion, apply micro pore tape and shake it, place the jars into a shoebox(s) that I'll spray with Lysol, and then throw a trash bag around the shoebox and just wait 7 days. Sound like a plan? Any flaws? Please let me know it's my first time doing this.
By the way, I have 1x1 inch tyvek squares taped with masking tape under my lids with a little whole nailed into it

Just get a box, prop it up and inoculate in there.
Better then breathing down into your project. You can almost do BRF Open-Air to be honest with you.

Don't shake the jar after injecting with spore solution, you want the spores to mate, shaking them up will spread them further apart, which will increase colonization times

Place the jars somewhere at room temp, 70-75f is good. The location doesn't need to be sterile, only when you want to open them up.

Build an SAB using a clear tote tub. It is worth the investment and will cut down on drafts that are always present in a room.

Shaking of jars will change from person to person. I get better results from shaking after inoculation. If you are adding 1cc of a MS syringe then there are thousands of spores. Shaking the jar may increase time till u see growth but all the jars i shake finish faster.

I always get impatient when waiting for initial signs of growth, and the jars I've shaken after knocking up have taken almost two weeks to show anything!! Good thing I got into agar

You will not be disappointed with agar, it is the starting point for all my grows. I recommend looking into to Pasty's Agar Tek, great info for beginners.

Not really... most of us who know what works best usually don't shake MS inoculated jars. (if pf-tek then shaking will ruin them anyways by disturbing the dry verm layer and also compacting the BRF/verm)
After doing the PF-Tek many move onto agar work and isolates, etc.
Then a grain jar can simply be inoculated with a clean wedge(s) of agar.
When colonizing grain jars the general rule of thumb is a good shake at around 20% colonized.
