Frustated - trying again

Hey guys, after a couple of weeks I finally gave up on my first experiment of doing bulk spawn (I'm complexly newbie). I didn't follow any specific tek and I actually mixed several different methods because I got really confused on how to grow this thing (now it makes more sense since I followed all the steps).
I did wrong on the quantities and inoculation, I have some bacterial and I mixed with the coco coir which I believe stalled colonization after couple of weeks, it looks infected.
These are some pics of my current failed attempt:

Note: the next photos I'm actually showing the side of the bulk spawn, I pulled the plastic to expose the sides:

This is my mini monotub inside a larger container:

------------------- So I'm going to try again with these 3 one liter jars with rye (I purchased them already sterilized from an online store, they came with self healing spots.). I just inoculated inside a SAB box with gloves and mask, using a spore syringe liquid (I purchased at a store too)
So any suggestions on a tek that I should follow and how to avoid bacterial contamination again?

Thanks, Daniel

Did you pasteurize your coir? Bacterial spawn can still fruit, although yields will be lower and it might only last 1 or 2 flushes. Next time follow one tek to a T and your gonna have great success, don't give up!! I recommend Frank's teks on making a mono and pasteurizing, check it out: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17897163#17897163

yes I did pasteurize.
how can I fruit? should I wait until it colonizes all the surface?

Noo man, that tub should be trashed, the contams took over already. I was trying to say that bacteria in grain jars does not mean failure. They can be spawned. And coco coir does not "stall growth", quite the opposite, its the sub of choice for 99% of bulk growers!
I would start over with some grain jars and shoot some spore solution on an agar dish, if you're really serious about getting some potent fruits!
