Hi folks!
Thanking you in advance for any help identifying this guy.
This is my first ID request.



Species # ID please, I think this is a king bolete

Habitat: near  birch and willow: southcentral Alaska

Gills: none - pores

Stem: dense, slightly scaled?

Cap: comics at first opening to flat

Bruising: none observed / didn't attempt

I don't think it is B. edulis. Maybe a Xerocomus species. Pictures of the stem would and pores would be very helpful.
