No.. just.. no. What have you read that made you think this is a good idea ?
35C is 95F.. you should be spawning in a constant 70-75 range.
Misting won't help you, that substrate will dehydrate much too fast.. and having a some standing water in that heat in the open is just asking for contams up the wazoo.
Other members are welcome to chime in and correct me, but I think this is a solid no.

Fruiting likes 70-75 brotha. They'll be hollow and skinny and probably not that big.

You can spawn at whatever temp you like. Too high and your grow will suck balls and grow a lot of bacteria, too low and your grow will take a month to colonize.

No. Heat will likely give you hollow SHROOMS and bacteria issues.
Cold will give you shorter fatter SHROOMS but in the time they take to grow you could have done 2 tubs at a decent temp.
I won't bore you with my theory on mycelium heat regulation

No I would not spawn and then colonize at these temps. You chances of bacteria contamination will be greatly increased. Shoot for a room temp of 75F.
I invested in an AC unit for the hot summer months in my grow room. Since I am in an old apartment the temps fluctuate greatly year round. Sometimes the AC had to run 24/7 to keep the room at 76F. The increased electric bill was worth every penny because I was able to keep a steady room temp.

I think if your climates good, it'll work out just dandy. Too dry and you get a crappie pinset with major cracked caps. You can't really have too wet/humid outdoors. Outdoors is all fae . If you cover it and were decent at growing you can have outdoor fruits in extremely dry climates. Just with cracked caps. Casings help too
