I can see animal activists throwing a fit if someone truly tried to live as the natives and chased a deer down for days with an altlatl until it died of exhaustion

You can, it doesn't have to be running over days, humans can sweat, most animals can't.
The animals overheat real quick.

Yeah, in the video they said something I had no idea about.
Animals that pant, like a deer and shit. Apparently they can't pant while they're running?
No idea but I'm sure you could catch up to it while it's panting to let off some heat.

Depending on the specific conditions, hunters of the central Kalahari will chase a kudu for about two to five hours over 25 to 35 km (16 to 22 mi) in temperatures of about 40 to 42 °C (104 to 108 °F)

Persistence hunting has even been used against the fastest land animal, the cheetah. In November 2013, four Somali-Kenyan herdsmen from northeast Kenya successfully used persistence hunting in the heat of the day to capture cheetahs who had been killing their goats.

You're not a real man unless you hunt naked with no weapon other than a rock, or maybe a knife.

hunting for sport is wrong. it's pretty much just like serial killing. if you're going to kill something, at least have some purpose behind it, such as a potential meal or helping it pass on.

I use every part of my hunt. Sinew, bones, intestines, brain ect. I have deer sinew and bones just laying around my house.
If i were to hunt a lion, I'd probably eat it and keep the pelt atleast. I bet lion sinew is strong.

Psychonautica said: It just bothers me that everyone is so up in arms about a single lion when they don't give two shits about Japan mass slaughtering whales, or hunting tuna into extinction for sushi.
It is true, bluefins are endangered, and that is why they have to keep fishing in deeper and deeper waters to find them. And people do care about this, in fact if you follow the news in other countries, this has sparked a huge debate in many Asian countries.
I still eat tuna (but not often because of the mercury levels), but that is also because culturally I was raised on fish.
Frankly, complaining about people eating tuna while you are eating chickens and pigs and beef who are basically tortured and imprisoned their entire lives only to be slaughtered cruelly is just as asinine.
Lastly, don't point the finger at Japan. Japan might do most of the fishing business, but currently 90% of bluefins (as well as geoduck) are being exported and consumed to China right now, since wealthy Chinese are now the biggest consumers of expensive sushi and they have a population of 1 billion. Only 10% of the final product goes to Japan and the USA and other countries.
Also, I agree with Zappa. This guy killed for nothing but the skin and the head. Did he even eat the lion? No, he just killed it for the sake of killing it to keep the trophy head. At least if you kill an animal, you should fucking eat it.

My daughter is watching The Lion King and it gave me a good idea of a picture to make...

Edit: I didn't like that one so I did another.

Why would anyone want Mac or Windows? Windows never quits shoving updates down your throat and Mac is just so expensive for the same exact hardware that's in a PC. Go Linux.
