Post shroom groom identification request (hopefully before my tea goes cold)

Hey there,
Looking for an ID request if anyone would be kind enough.
I have performed hours on end of study into psilocybin mushrooms and identification but I just wanted to make sure and will keep making sure until I have the skill to properly identify them myself.
Species: I am told they are Psilocybin Subaeruginosa.
Habitat/Location Mornington Peninsula, unsure as to exact habitat as it is from a friend of mine.
Gills: Same colour as cap almost, hard to decipher as the shrooms are dried.
Stem: 1-5-3cm in length, same colour as http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/13020385,
Cap: Varying sizes, roughly 5c and 10c size caps, same colour as link above.
Everything looks very much the same as the ID request link I shared above.
I am visually impaired and wear glasses so trying to spot the blue tinge is rather difficult in dried mushrooms especially.
I have made tea with one of the mushrooms and I can see the bruising a little easier but would like clarification before I can consume and trip safely.
Spore print color: Not Available
Bruising: The bruising is a little clearer once I made the tea but would like clarification if possible.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.
Thanks in advance.

Smells like magic mushrooms ive had in the past.
The tea has now been sitting for almost half an hour and I am almost certain there is a blue tinge to the tea, I was unable to capture the tinge as my camera just wouldn't get it.
Also, when observed under normal light, the blue tinge is extremely faint (or I am really blind) but when I add a flash light, I can see faint spots.
Just FYI if that helps.
Many thanks.

Haha no I don't believe so.
My first trip ever I made tea out of Blue Meanies and there was a slight blue tinge.
The active psychoactive compound in magic mushrooms is psilocybin, correct? Turns blue when bruised? Some blue colouration doesn't extract and become noticeable when you add hot water to the mushroom?
My apologies if I am asking stupid questions, just want to know that they are in fact Psilocybin Subs.
Thanks in advance

I was just messing with you man... I honestly can't tell if those are subs or not from the pictures (and the post you linked doesn't come up for me).
I'm sure someone with more dried sub experience will be around shortly to advise you.

Not familiar with your species but I have heard of blue mushroom tea before. Apparently the person who experienced it had let the water sit too long before making the tea so it wasn't quite boiling temp anymore. They used wild (not cultivated) fungi so my alternate theory is it's spore related rather than water temperature related, but I couldn't tell you for sure.

Thanks for your replies. I've fixed the broken link, so please check out as these look to be exactly the same.
Psilocybe Subs are one of the four actibe species known to grow in Australia. This is just what I have read but may make the identifiers job a little easier.
I have strained and frozen the tea as am waiting for ID request.
The tea has an obvious blue tinge now.
Cheers.

Anytime I've made tea with powdered cubes it has always come out a rather dark blue color. Since the blue is from oxidation and water is 1/3 oxygen (a much higher concentration than in air), you should be able to observe the bluing in your tea (with the more potent species anyway). I wonder if the tea gets bluer if the solution is allowed to sit for longer periods, and if this has a negative effect on potency? Perhaps tea should be consumed before the bluing reaction starts to take place.

It has gotten progressively darker. Took about 15 minutes before I could definitely notice a blue tinge.

Anyone able to confirm these are subs please? Tea has frozen a blue colour. They look like they are okay to eat but just want the AOK before I go ahead and eat them.
Thanks in advance.

From what I can see they're all P.subaeruginosa or another closely related wood decomposing Psilocybe.
