mini mono tub incubation umidity

hey guys , I just checked my grain spawn mini mono tub, it has been 10 days since I put to colonize and things are a little slow. I opened and there is no smell of anything rotten, so it seems that contamination is not a problem (well I had some contaminated grains but I think the mycelium is winning) . However, I CAN'T see much on the surface because I covered my grains with one layer of coco coir + vermiculite
My thermometer / umidity sensor just arrived and I checked the OUTSIDE stats, which are 27.2 celcius / 80 F for temperature and 54 RH %
I see condensation inside so it seems that it still has water, however I don't know what is the umidity inside, if there is still condensation it means is humid enough ? should I try and put this sensor inside the mini mono tub while is colonizing and it will worth the effort or maybe I might ruin my mushrooms with possible contaminations from this procedure?
Thanks!

You spawned the contaminated grains?

do you have a picture of the "contaminated grains"? 10 days is a while to wait for colonization, my 66qt tubs colonize to 100% in about 6 days
Also it's hard to tell if that is mycelium or not so I'll leave that to someone with a more keen eye

Those are definitely contamed, I'd say with something worse then bacteria. Did you mix up the spawn or just lay it down? Bacteria is normally just "wet spots" on the grains.
It looks fucked and will most likely not recover.

"Question: Those are definitely contamed, I'd say with something worse then bacteria. Did you mix up the spawn or just lay it down? Bacteria is normally just "wet spots" on the grains."
Answer: I mixed and then I made one layer on the top and covered.
"Question: What tek did you use, if any?"
Answer: I mixed different teks such as mini mono tub , spawn bucket tek. I couldn't find any tek that has all the instructions like timing, procedures. So the white thing on the top is not mycelium? I only had one quarter size of full grains, so maybe that's the reason is not growing?
Maybe wait another week and try to put it outside to save it?
