A. muscaria? Here they are the one of those mushrooms i can guarantee to find every year without fail, or even trying. They are everywhere. But they associate mostly with Birch though so that is pretty important. It's hard not to find them with a good stand of Birch.
Yeah we seem to be lacking the more common mycorrhizal associated tree types round here sadly, so they're pretty rare :/
Then again i don't look far, just on the way to my lib spots, i'm gonna put a whole day into it, probably when i go for cyans a bit later on in the season
-------------------- I give you the choice of 2 pills.
With each containing one of the following: Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk? Didn't think so. This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

It's the same for here but with Chanterelles. It's mostly just the same Birch and Oak habitats. I have found them much further afield growing with Beech however.

Speaking of cyanescens I can not wait to try find some, never seen em before though but they cant hide from me.

Yeah i should clarify that it's an excellent combo when there is a synergy with the flavours already present (notably pasta). I can't imagine it will do much to help the flavour of mushroom tea lol.

They aren't as poisonous as they are made out to be. I don't think anyone has ever died as a direct result of eating them. And some people eat them raw. They apparently taste good though so frying wouldn't be a bad option.
P.S. i assume you mean A. muscaria.

Here are some I think may not be libs. Also, thanks Blazey for the reply but could you elaborate. When you say semi do you mean psilocybe semilanceata?
Yeah. They're libs too.

Found a few of these in a country park today Lol Blazeyy I would sent you some I'm not sure about them lol Not right place but oh well

Can't find a single one myself, would love to though!
Hey guys, just wanted to warn you both that amanitas are no toys. You need to get proper educated about them before trying. You cannot just neck them like libs. Apparently these underdeveloped specimens are more toxic and one should consume mature caps only, dried and cured in a specific way.

I wasn't planning on looking for another couple of weeks yet as the weather down here in Norfolk is still far too nice. I think I've just changed my mind though as I grabbed these 40 walking home from the allotment today.
Next time it rains I'll be out for a proper hunt.

I think some of your mush are not libs but not sure, would need a better pic
