Waddup peeps
September has been a great month so far, the season is most definitely in full swing in Wales. We've had a good bit of rainfall this week so I decided to pull on the wellies and head for the hills.
I was a bit dismayed at first as the farmers have been moving their livestock around my regular fields so the habitat has changed somewhat. Due to this I was forced to find some new territory higher up and it turns out that was a good decision. Immediately I started finding little family's dotted about up there and some really massive heads to boot! Managed to pull in a lovely little horde in just a few hours.
On my way back I was treated to a magnificent rainbow stretching right across the valley. A most excellent way to end a fruitful afternoon!

Get yourself high up Pal, find a field with the right habitat (like in the second pic) and see what you can find.

Overboard?? haha shiiet man. I only ask because im trying to get a feel for how much is too much tripping myself. After the other nights experience im instantly eagure to start doing more but i dont want to take the piss with the holy medicine. I must of had 5 or 6 reaaal low doses this year, never took them before until recently.
And yeah found that 2g dose a real nice ego boost but in a non self righteous way, more of a self loving way.
Really beautiful turn around it sounds like you had man I was highly depressed at the beginning of the year too, my doctor tried to get me on the anti depressants but i ended up turning them down even though the doctor was trying to pursued me to take them -_- I knew from some of my mates experience that they dull down your being. I decided i would go down the change of diet and exercise route, with the intention to find some mushrooms to add to the mix. Fuck all this medication they try give us, they never ask you about what food your getting down you, or whether you do much exercise or if you get any sun.
I know what you mean about them needing to be regulated too, i dont suppose your family have ever taken them? id love for mine too. I think if the trip went well it would help my mums ways an awful lot.
And yeah, the government dont want healthy minds, no money to be made off that.
:P they tend to not take drugs (parents) few fam smoke weed tho, don't even drink my parents, don't mind me doing drugs though so it's all good i am nearly 25 tho
Yep, good diet, nice long walks, shrooms, sativas in morning, indicas at night or just hybrids :P lovely jublyy.
Beats all medication that lifestyle.
Tried all sorts of medication, either addictive (valium), too much sedation (seroquel), nightmares (mirtazapine <- actually a psychedelic apparently @150-200 mg, sounds horrible though) or the terror - SSRI's.
BRAINZAPS if you miss a dose, fuck it all, shrooms n cannabis work best.
exercise(hikes) are brilliant too as are pushups, from 18 stone 4 to 14 stone 8 me just from shrooming :P
is there anything they don't help with? lool
Yeah my parents are cool with me doing this too, now. Took a long time to get to where we are now, was enjoying a vape while i was on skype to them and accidently held a mason jar with yours truely in there view literally by accident, opps!
Ive tried to educate them as much as there conditioning can take ha! they came from two very conservative households.. if only the catholic household knew that there religion actually has connections with the experience received from Amanita muscaria.
I dont really drink alcohol anymore either if Im honest with ya, i went down this puritan route from frashing myself for a bit too long with synthetics. I reckon the consumption of cannabis and shrooms is still categorised under puritan though my eyes anyway
I some times have the luxury of owning an indica and sativa at the same time so i can do what you do, not as often as id like though but usually happy with what ever i get. Had some critical kush the other day which was redonk and vaping on some lemon cheese now so got a bit of hybrid high going down.
I know what you mean about valium, heavy duty shit especially on your body. Feel it the next day. Alot of people at uni used to be on the K ciders that are like 8.5% vol popping vals and snorting K. They was wonky mother fuckas.
Would love to go on more hikes, we have some local areas but ive sort of over explored them and feel the need for fresh scenery. My main form of exercise is road cycling distances, only started getting into it and handling 30 miles all right feeling a pleasant shift in emotional state from regular cycling.
I was going to ask you a couple of questions about hunting as you know your shit, ive only been picking as of last season, started of finding a field that didnt seem that active really, shorter grass and found no more than 100 in the first field that was moderately big. Jumped into a neigbouring field that had what i would now consider the cream of all grass. it was all long but not to thick and swept by the wind revealing all the libs. This became the field of choice because of the guarantee you would find them there. This field was alot smaller in size than the one i started out in. Ive been keeping an eye out in this field ever since i went there to see the state of what its like in comparison to what it was before. My heart sunk one day when i realised the once empty field with no sheep now had alot of sheep in it, months on the sheep have literally grazed the grass down to an awful lot shorter length. Now will this field have been damaged alot by all the sheep? do you think its likely to yield as much if any? fingers crossed the best scenario i have is if the sheep are moved before october but id be lucky. Hopefully its not going to be too much of a problem

There are some big domes if you find the right fields, the trouble is that you face hefty competition from the sheep in Wales. They seem to think they have a god-given right to eat the stash just because they provide the fertilizer. It's a never ending struggle between man and beast.

Some of the nicest specimens ive ever layed eyes on.
Brilliant finds.
Zakarey, the sheep won't damage the field pal no worries, heavier animals like cows squash everything, also sheep usually sniff the caps n just walk off a lot of them don't like mushrooms, good thing you got off synthetics lost too many good people from them.
Good luck man!

Hi all, this is my first post. Hope im not being rude to dive straight in with an 'ID please' post!?
This was also my first liberty cap hunt yesterday and these are what i came back with. This was about all i could find, but didnt want to collect too many in case i was uprooting something other than liberty caps. I think the one on the far right is probably not a liberty cap? Would someone mind confirming what types of mushrooms i have found?
Got them from a rough-grass field in Wales, where sheep and wild horses graze, fairly high up. (both pics are the same but different angles)
Many thanks

After refreshing my vision with your pics, some of the newly scouted areas i get a liberty cap tingling seem to match yours quite well. Alot higher up than my previous spot. Got soo many spots to check this year its ridiculous, i just want to get to know my area a libble better
With those pictures though in comparison to the field im speaking about, this field must have been left untouched at least for a year, the grass was all green luscious no dead grass and different varities. And now the grass has been chomped so much its real short.

Yeah they will still fruit but will have small or real wiggly deformed stems
With short grass that's usually the case anyways

'All over your spots'... you wanna try contend with this bruv.
These shots are from a hunt which I went on recently that I haven't had the chance to sort and upload the pics yet. I had just finished my round and came back over the top of the hill to find this lot following. At first I thought they had mistook me for the farmer or something, but then I saw that look in their eyes. They know I took something that belongs to them man.
