Thanks, is this due to a perceived lack of nipple or the colour?
The photo doesn't show the detail well and there does appear to be a very slight nipple. Also it has since started drying out from the top down and now resembles the others. Could it perhaps of been a very fresh/wet lib?

The cap, gills and stem colour is different mostly. Or looks like it anyway. Take a pic of it in it's dried state if you can.

While we are here, maybe you can take a closer picture of the 5th mushroom from the right, top row second picture as well.

Hello everyone Friday was my first trip out looking for mushrooms over the course of this weekend with two friends in the Derbyshire - Ashbourne/Alton Area.
Each day was progressively more rewarding from finding barely any towards finding a really surprising amount today. Finding them is a complete trip & journey in itself. I felt like i was being rewarded for truly connecting with myself and my surroundings and being honest with myself about certain things... It's been crazy just seeking them out!
Would love an positive id on this 3rd and 4th picture below. I'm pretty sure they are decent... but no harm in asking

I'm pretty sure they can grow literally overnight. As long as you're quick you might be able to get some, but they might only be pins. How often do they mow it?
Edit: read mowed as moved. One of them days
Hahah:D if only we could move fields eh? That's really useful to know! My main field is a very large circuit track/racecourse that is mowed fairly often at the moment - not as frequently as a golf course I think - but sometimes on a weekly to bi-weekly basis i reckon - maybe depending on how close it is to the next race. Different parts of it are done at different times, it's on-going more-or-less. They use artificial fertilisers on some of it and leave cut grass to mulch, common dog walking area too. I've been lucky finding them on a daily basis (often in the exact same(ish) spots several days later) but the mowers are carelessly trimming a lot of sweet spots! I went to a spot they mowed a week ago and found them to be at a reasonably mature stage:)))) Thanks for the reply:)

Hiya folks, had our first proper hunt today and reckon we were successful, not bad considering it's actually not rained for a while. Never been happier to live in Wales aha.

Anyway was hoping for a bit of a hand iding these, they mostly threw us due to the stem colour and some are a bit more open at the base of the cap?

Are they okay to keep in the fridge for a week? We also found something pretty interesting growing in cow shit but I didn't grab any pics, any good info on what species grow in cow shit in the uk?

I don't think anything active grows from shit but for general interest I think parasola and coprinellus do.
The requested ID pics look like a variety of panaeolus and psathyrella but it's far from my field of expertise.

As far as I can tell they are libs, but the ones in 3-4 with the red/purple stem and no particular nipple that I can see I think are not libs but wait for someone with more experience to confirm
