Slowing of colonization; possible contamination?

Hey guys I just hoped yall could help me diagnose my mini tub. It has been colonizing coir and coffee in the incubator for 2 weeks now. At first growth was strong but then it slowed down and is still proceeding only very slowly. I have a feeling my substrate has too much moisture. Today i noticed some brown splotches that caused lump in the garbage bag and I am fearing that it may be a bacterial colony. The top layer appears to be fully white so should I just case and fruit? Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated!

We need more pictures to tell that.
If it's bacteria and at the bottom, you can't exactly remove it. Good new's is that it won't effect your grow too much.
Give us some pictures of the top!

Most likely bacterial from being too wet on the bottom. It's yellowing up and looks stressed trying to colonize it. I'd give it some more time to finish colonizing it. It may still finish in a few days.

Heres some pictures of the top which looks like it wants to fruit. Bottom looks mostly the same but it is still noticeably colonizing, just very slowly. Getting slightly worried as the days go by haha

Are you gonna make that into a dub tub or put it in a SGFC? I've used the same 6 qt "bella" containers for my first couple of grows. I just put the top on and mist/fan 3x a day and got a great first flush!

Yeah I'll probably do the same. For this grow, my second, I didnt feel I was totally ready for a monotub just yet, so I figured id make one of these guys along with a few tupperware containers of just cased wbs and verm in the sgfc to compare yield. As of right now one of the wbs/verm containers is 2 days into pinning and looking quite happy! its just this future dub thats taking its sweet time... Edit: Great flush btw hope ill be there in a few weeks
