Pot size for outdoor cultivation?

I have just one used rye berry casing. Which pot can I use for outdoor cultivation? I have the a big white pot, and a smaller black pot

What do you mean? It is much smaller then both of the pots. Obviously on the bigger one I will need to put more hay, so maybe more yield?

My choice would be the smaller pot. That way your spent grains would have less substrate to have to colonize so there would be less time for contamination to come along and rear its ugly head.

Doesn't mother nature usually take care of contaminates in outdoor grows? I've seen a few posters here harvesting fruits from contaminated substrate they've tossed in the compost pile.

Most of the time. However there's been a few outdoor beds that contamed completely
|
