Free will never has a chance. Your consciousness is thrust into an environment with a genetic code.

You don't choose your genetics.
You don't choose your environment.

Every single decision you ever make from conception is based on two things you never had control over. There's simply no room for free will.

if there's no free will ten you cannot make a decision based on things you have no
control over. see where your logic failed, you claimed a decision was made

I'm describing what people typically refer to as a decision.

Yes it does.

I'm not saying there's a purpose, but you can't change the future.

Basically why I made this thread to discuss all possible ideas equally. All I know is I know nothing but I fucking love talking/thinking about ideas no matter how absurd.

If free will isn't real at all why did I seem to gain more of between the ages of 11-13.
Before then I seemly had no free will. I look at it like I could really be anybody. I just so happen to be me.
So really I have had no control over my life up until I made that realization. After the realization is made though can I now assert more control over my situation then before?
Which brings into question can a process ever be "truly" random or does it only appear to be random because we lack information about the process.

Here's a video explain randomness in a flatland 2d universe. It's a fun thought experiment.

God doesn't exist, either. Not sure where you're trying to go with this..

I never said you couldn't describe any of those.

The ability of abstract thought =/= free will

For the sake of my sanity, continue referring to them as decisions. Just know that you don't have a choice in the decision, and you couldn't have made a different one.
