Panaeolus Cinctulus Bluing Sclerotia

While waiting on some quality spores for my first run I decided to play around with the some of the Panaeolus Cintulus I've been finding.
I picked out a nice cap from a cluster and printed. Built myself a glove box and went to work making my first syringe (following directions from RR videos of course). About a 4 days after inoculation I noticed growth in my BRF jar! Considering I wasn't really expecting to see any growth on my first attempt at making a syringe I was very pleased.
Here we are about to 1.5-2 weeks in and I'm beginning to notice something odd in my jars. There is some sort of blue or green specs in the mycelium.
After a bit of research I discovered that Cintulus does grow blue bruising sclerotia.
The BRF jars were pressure cooked at 12psi for about 70 minutes. 12 psi is as high as my pressure cooker goes.
So what do you guys think? If you need better pics let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Edit: Updated pics below.

I don't know much about brf and pans but I'm fairly sure your pressure cooking should be 15psi for 90 minutes. I could be very wrong.

As I stated my pc only goes up to 12psi.
I've read many reports from people here saying 60 minutes is plenty. If I'm not mistaken 90 minutes is required when not using a pc with brf.

It does not look like trich to me. I am not familiar enough with this mycelium to tell you if it blue's or not though.

Doesn't look like the the pics of trich I've been looking at either. It does however resemble pics I've seen of bluing pan cint sclerotia. Those pics were all on agar though, not in a jar.

you can go as low as 9 psi for 90 minutes and be fine

I've also heard of people going 15 psi for 2 hours to reduce the possibility of bacterial contamination. There's a difference between growing mycelium and growing clean mycelium...

Good to know!
Here are a couple links that show something similar to what I'm seeing
Here is some pan cint mycelium on agar. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17096196#17096196
This link show some insane looking pan cint sclerotia (at least that's what this guy is claiming it is). http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19906721

IME 2 hrs is way overkill for brf i do quarts of grain for 2 hours 45-60 minutes on cakes and have "clean-spawn"

I've got another test jar going on corn that I did the same day using the same syringe. Unfortunately, that jar was shaken just before I started to see the blue/green in the BRF jar.
Hopefully someone with experience growing this species stumbles across this thread and with some info.

An updated look at this pan cint jar.
Clearly isn't trich, it looks like bruising to me.

I'm thinking penicillium. I've done work with pans, and the mycelium doesn't normally bruise unless something is up. Cincts especially rarely bruise, even if you handle them a ton. That's what makes them pretty hard to identify. I'm going to say penicillium.

Did you have a look at these threads?

Based on my research Cintulus mycelium does bruise blue. The fruits themselves rarely bruise, but that doesn't seem to be true with their mycelium.
I'd also like to add that the mycelium is not growing around the blue, the blue comes after the mycelium colonizes an area.

Seems like you know what they are looks like sclerotia. I had no idea they produced stones. That would make sense why it was blue and wedged up against the jar on the top. I thought it was penicillium because of it xD

I had no idea they produced stones either. It was only after I started to see the bluing that I began researching. I'm now much more interested in the sclerotia than I am the fruits.
I'll keep this post updated, hopefully I end up getting some nice stones out this little project. The corn jar is also beginning to produce what appears to be sclerotia. I'll post some pics of that jar the next time I update the pics in this thread.

Here is another update guys, this jar appears to be about 75% colonized now. Likely spawn it to some horse manure once it's finished.
