well i was reading jim dekorne - psychedelic shamanism. and i have found that trichocereus peruvianus is more potent than trichocereus Pachanoi (san pedro) but which one is easier in cultivating and grows fast FROM SEEDS? (iam open to suggestion if there are other active species than the trichocereus that grow fast and easy)

The 3 main active trichs (pachanoi, peruvianus, bridgesii), are all as easy as each other from seed. The most consistently potent is probably bridgesii.

As long as you understand that "fast from seeds" means several years in cactus terms, all are relatively fast.

To know potency one should consume or bioassay several individuals and then clone and propagate the chosen one. For what I recall while peruvianus and pachanoi can be really potent, the may also be really weak (like pc pach), bridgesii instead has shown to have less "swing" meaning that its potency is more reliable. All three are considered fast growing columnars, I don't know if there's one faster than the others but that wold be marginal. Fastest way of growing them anyway is by cuttings, as you skip several years from seed to seedling. Buy some famous clone (i always hear names like ss01 ss02 etc) and propagate .

Like others here suggested the quickest solution to your troubles would have been to just buy a foot of cactus and get over your mescaline cravings. But since you can't do that i'm sorry to say but there is no magic bullet for you. Get a hold of some seeds and in a few years, if you are serious about this you can be set for life especially that you have a good climate. Still a few years is a few years and it will test your patience and motivation. Good luck sir
