LC to grain without drowning?

Once I have an LC (water, honey and flesh) fully colonised how do I put it into my jars without drowning everything?
I know with agar -not being water and all- one would just put pieces of culture with mycelium into grain jars. But with this largely water based LC type it would ruin the moisture levels in any jar.
So please, indulge me.

So I guess 100ml of LC will go a long way.

LC is not a good way to store culture. I dislike keeping LC for more than a few weeks. If you do have a culture stored on LC in the fridge its a good idea to plate it and transfer to different media a few times. This ensures its still clean and regain some vigor. In liquid its sitting in its metabolites and probably not being agitated much.
Store cultures on agar plates for up to six months and in slants for years.

Flesh to LC is not a great idea. Drop the flesh on agar and transfer away from contams if need be. Then drop a wedge of clean mycelium into the LC solution. Much less chance of failure this way.
