Yup. Take them out of the bag and put them on a neutral background (gray is good).

You have a mixed collection.
The White gilled one is probably Marasmius oreades. Do not eat it yet. Post more pictures of it for confirmation if you want to.
The group with the tan/Brown gills are Panaeolus. Some may be psychoactive. If they are they will have a Black spore print. Black spored Panaeolus that grow on lawns are known as Panaeolus cinctulus. Brown spored Panaeolus that grow on lawns are P. foenisecii. The latter are not considered active.

You really need to spore print them to determine the species to put them in. We cannot id them to species from pictures of the mushrooms alone. We need spore colour to help more.

Question: there's a frost warning in effect for tonight where I'm too - how long should I wait before I begin gathering specimens?

A frost warning in late July?!?! Do you live in Siberia?
If there are more out there grab them up, if they turn out to not be what you are looking for you can just throw them back.

Yeah but when do you think they'll pop up? There are some out there now but the frost hasn't hit just yet

In one sentence you ask when they will pop up, in the next you say there are some out there now. I'm not sure exactly what you mean to say or ask...

Oh my apologies for being vague - I'm assuming the ones that're out there now (which have been there for a few days) aren't usable and the new ones which should be popping up tonight due to the fresh frost will be much better I live in Newfoundland btw

Ok. If they just flushed, it may take another cycle to see fruits or they may pop up again or close by. There's no really good way to say with certainty.
If it was me I would keep a close watch on the immediate area for the next few days. Then look at the weather stats for the past two weeks and come to a conclusion about what to expect the next time those conditions are met.

It's easy enough to print all of them.

I'm definitely getting the wrong idea about this whole spore printing business. Saw a quick pic by pic instructable but haven't exactly read it in depth as of yet. I was under the impression they became unuable after retrieving a print from them. I'll fully read the article and begin the process when I get home in a couple of hours.

Spore printing them doesn't render them useless for eating or getting high in the slightest. The spores are inactive, only the fruits contain the alkaloids.

Okay, it's begun:
This look good? Also, I won't be placing anything over them as they'll be on a shelf in my closet with absolutely no air movement. Btw, they're slightly dried - will that affect my results? And finally - I have them in a grid so as to be able to document each print more accurately and match with each cap One more thing: how long until I should check on them? My apologies for being such a pain

a drip of water on the dry ones will help. covering them with something like a glass or a large tupperware in this case helps to prevent them from drying as well; it's often hard to impossible get a decent print from dry mushrooms.
leave them overnight/8-12 hours.

Mega failure. Not a single one of them printed - too dry even with the water droplets. On the brighter side:
Hope I'm doing this correctly
And after sleeping
