Where do you usually go to look for jobs?

I use Craigslist exclusively to look for jobs, and have had much success with it. But I think if you want to find really high-paying jobs you have to go to the specific employers' websites, though. I think for general job-finding purposes, craigslist does the job reasonably well.
Where do you go?

Walk into said employer, ask if they're hiring.
BAM, job.

Indeed is good. If you go to college they usually have pretty good job resources and on campus jobs.

Really? I find most of those jobs on those websites are bullshit "marketing" (AKA door to door sales) or commission-only sales jobs.

I always got a weird feeling from craigslist. I'm not real comfortable sending my personal info to those ads.

Yeah but I could word up some slick bullshit and pretend to be anything and ask for a resume while I stock pile personal info. It just seems to easy. I could be paranoid, but it still makes me uneasy.

You really should be able to tell if the posting is fake or not. It's no hard. Make sure the posting says what the job is what company it is for what town it is in things like that. Have reasonable pay amounts nothing like $60 an hour for you to do a job that requires you to have no training and tells you little about the actual job if anything at all. Make sure you call the employers to verify that they are actually hiring and have made online posting about it. There's lots of ways to tell my rule of thumb is that if it sounds too good to be true it is

I look in the classifieds of the newspaper, also online on those job websites. Some institutions I apply to directly, I.e. Big banks and firms. Sometimes those employment agencies can help. Whatever you do you gotta network and make connections with people. You never know who you might meet and how they can help you down the line.

I'm teetering between being fired in my current role and I don't really know where I'm going to look to find work of that happens. I don't want to start from scratch again and start working upwards, and I don't really want to stay in my current industry either. I might have to finish my studies and retrain, or maybe try to approach some companies in similar industries that have transferable skills. I honestly don't know though. Wi just have to cross the bridge when I get to it. I'll find a way though. Last time I got fired I was reemployed and working in a better higher paying role within 5 business days. It's not possible for me to replicate that this time around because if I leave here any new entry level role will be a big pay cut which is why I'm going to claw my way out kicking and screaming in my current role of they do start moving towards firing me.

Don't ask for a job ask for an appilcation Fill it out then 3-4 days later show up in person again ask if they reviewed your application reapeat as nescessary till you either get hired or told to fuck off. People especially manager types are afraid of of confrontation and you get hired so they don't have to deal with it anymore.

It's all politics shit. I've damaged a lot of my relationships at work on a personal level, so people dislike me on a personal level and line up against me to try to get rid of me as a result of that. It's mistly behavioural issues and disruption. They gang up on me and I won't kneel so it causes tension and problems in the workplace. Professionally they can't fuck with me and they know that though. People just trying to make shit difficult though basically

Today people need a career, a minimum wage job, a small business, and an off record side hustle, to ensure a successful life.

Step 1: Google the basic shit you want to do. I.e. "Plumber jobs in Colorado Springs"
Step 2: Click the first reputably-named mass-job-posting website you see (i.e. monster/glassdoor)
Step 3: Look at the companies and the job positions you see on their main search-results display screen
Step 4: Go google that company's website, go to their careers portal, apply through there.
