I possibly found some subs in melbourne, I can't upload photos because of tech issues with my camera
Found growing on wood chips under eucalyptus and pine trees in melbourne
Had no luck making a spore print, I must have done it wrong. All the mushies I found are old and rotting now-this was how they were when I picked them
Stem: White, fleshy stem
Cap: Convex, quite thick. Colour is rusty brown/ orange colour, unfortunately a bit old
Gills: Tan colour, went deep blue colour when pinched
Bruising: Deep blue straight after I pinched them
What are your opinions people?
Muchas gracious

Hi Benji, welcome to the Shroomery. Unfortunately no one here can responsibly ID your finds without photos (even more so if they are old and rotting as you mentioned).
If they are old and rotting you shouldn't be consuming them anyways but you could buy a camera or older cell phone w/camera for cheap at a pawn shop, craigslist or borrow one from somebody...

Thanks for your response
I have figured out how to upload some photos I took, take a look
Also I apologise for the blurriness in some photos, and I stupidly picked some young mushrooms but I haven't done that since
There is a possibility these are leratiomyces ceres, a variety that look quite like mine However mine bruised a deep blue and the colouring of the caps of mine is more of a brown and less of a red

Also, I know that many of these don't show the bruising, however I checked that they bruised after I took these photos I will keep searching for better quality shrooms, however because melbourne has messy weather where it's raining one day and then sunny and warm and the raining again, this effects the mushrooms

This. They're poisonous and rotting, don't eat.
