Quick help please with math

how can I express 10^-3.75 with one sig fig? I have tried many ways and have a time limit im about to reach

Isn't it just like 6*10^3? I don't know its been a while since I've had to worry about significant figures and I could be way off but that's the guess I'm throwing into the ring. I think you could even just write 6,000 ?

Oh shit, I didn't notice that tiny little negative sign before the 3.75. I'm now pretty sure that the answer is .0002, and would have been 6,000 if the 3.75 was positive instead of negative.

10^-3.75 = 1 / 10^3.75 = 1 / 5623.4132519 = 0.000177827941004
0.000177827941004 rounded to 1 significant figure is 0.0002

Thanks for the help, I ended up skipping it because nothing was working. I tried everything you guys suggested but the online class thing is stupid. Luckily it's not mine, I was helping some one else.
