Water droplets under lid and under foil after PC

So I PC'd some jars last night. Waited 20 hours till today and took a look. Under the foil, at the holes, it appears as if water 'bubbled out'. There is a bit of brown spec in there as well. A few jars look like this. But what really concerns me is this: I screwed the lid off one of the jars (Will explain at the bottom) and the hole thing was covered in water droplets. Is this a bad sign?
Reason this concerns me is...I've done three batches, this being the third. First was great, second not so much. Second, pretty much all the Jars succumbed to bacterial wet-spots. Idk if it was an old, bad syringe or just my technique got sloppy. I've had some theories it had to do with not tightening my jars all the way (Which is how the "Let's grow Mushrooms" video says to do it btw), yet this is what I did the first batch as well. I've also postulated it was because I used an old mildewey washcloth to prop my jars out of the water in the PC. Just very worried about this happening again..
PS: I took the lid off the jar to check because with my first batch, the syringe did not reach down all the way due to a too thick dry-verm layer. I took off half to inject. Suprisingly, the lids I took off for injection all survived. The ones that I simply injected into the Dry-Verm layer stalled. Just some observations for other shroomites! :P

The water droplets won't matter, I'd say, but fooliing around taking off lids outside a SAB might.
