Any ideas on what I should do for the next month?

I'm young, have no real obligations, no job, and no dire need for money.
Ive been to and explored nearly all the cities within 8 hours of me. (But even then, its all the south.)
Any idea? I'm discontent, stagnant, and I don't really know where to start.

What kind of interests do you have, or did you have when you didn't feel stagnant?

Drugs(not a healthy hobby), reading, mushroom hunting, and winemaking.
Im watching biology khanacademy videos, and reading a little bit about biology and chemistry to prepare myself for this upcoming semester of school, but I still mostly just lay around my parents house and feel lethargic. I help my elderly uncle is his garden for about 2 hours/day, but that's about all.
I'm also staying in a small town in the bible belt and feel really alienated from a lot of my friends and family.

I'd like to refresh somehow, but I don't know where to begin. If I wanted to trip(which I'm not so sure would be a good idea anyway), I'd have to wait until my parents left town for a few days, or just go camp overnight in our woods.

Spend time around here, lots of cool people to chat with.
Spend more time gardening, care for some plants, express yourself through art.
Learn about foreign cultures and religions, find god, find yourself, live life.

Pretty sound advice. You don't have to go far for joy - just gotta know where to look, and how to spice it up. Nothing wrong with going on a roadtrip, but if your unhappy, people tend to carry it where they go. Finding joy in yourself and the moment (easier said than done, I know), is the only true ticket. For many that comes from a relationship from God/Divine.
Shroomery, please commence the throwing of stones.

Music. Instruments.
I recently read this book called Wonder. read it in a day - written at a juvenile's level (just a head's up). Bout a kid with a deformity going to school. I was pretty touched by it.

Right now, I'm working towards a bs in biology with an emphasis in microbiology and getting into biohacking shit

Zomed, you might be lonely because you always redirect the conversation onto the topic of yourself. In response to the question "Any idea on what I should do for the next month?", you wrote an 18 line response, 17 lines about yourself, using the word "I" 17 times. Comes across as narcissistic, which may explain why you're lonely.

True, but wait till you get to animal bio and you have to memorize organ systems and phylums for every living organism. Even the algae and bottom feeders you don't give a fuck about. You'll probably have to take organic chemistry which is interesting, but a ton of fucking work and memorization as well. And don't even get me started on genetics. Definitely the hardest class I've taken as an undergrad, and I've taken a bunch of pretty hard upper level Neuroscience classes .

Neuroscience.

Mushrooms? Of course. I've done a lot of gardening. Brewed moonshine, made a batch of Mead, but working on more. I've lacto-fermented mushrooms and veggies I make kefir everyday.
I'd like to go into bio because it just seems like an extension of the practical/applicable knowledge I already have about microbes
