It has been 3 days since pins popped up. Here are the pictures from day 1, 2, and 3. I will update it as I go along.
Feel free to leave comments and suggestions. As always, they're much appreciated.
Day 1:

Day 2:

Day 3:

The picture above looks like it may have "fuzzy feet" so I opened the top hole on the mono by taking the polyfill out.
Stay tuned for more

Day 4
I have been doing a ton of research on the search forum so I decided to mistmist the casing to provide evaporation from the substrate due to it looking dry and to provide the small pins with some water!
I then fanned for about 2 minutes and I plan on keeping the lid off of them for about 30 minutes.
Here is some pron though, what you all have been waiting for!
@impatientguy & TravelAgency: I appreciate the support! Loving that bear
The image above us before the casing layer was misted and fanned. All others are after.

This last picture shows water droplets as you can see on the fruit stipes. Due to this being my first grow I am unsure whether that is a lot or not so I just chose to be on the safe side and keep the lid off until I no longer see it!

Thanks guys, much appreciated.
Anxious to see how strong they are. MS grow so almost every fruit will be different
Planning on MS > AGAR > sectoring when feel confident enough. May get some pan cyans, not sure yet though they don't seem "worth it" in terms of yield even though I know it takes less to get there!

5 hours since last picture was taken of the veil..going to get a dehydrator, some fruit and veggies for this new juicer I bought, and some bbq at a friends house.
Hopefully they'll be done in a couple of hours!
I also downloaded a time lapse app for the android, hopefully I'll get to see the magic!
Lol I feel like I'm playing that old school Mario game where when I'm not looking the ghost comes after me, but when I look it just stands still. Same with these fruits

Edit: I have the lid crakced, fuzzy feet is continuing up the stipes. Only 1" holes, I guess both of them being completely open doesn't matter! Might leave the lid off!

 ^^Before cutting them down!
 ^^Veil is broken
 ^^First fruits I've ever cut. Aren't the a beut?!
 ^^Blued immediately after cutting

^^ Left the baby immature pins intact (my soon to be 2nd flush babies) for when I dunk it tomorrow!!

 ^^282 grams. ~28 dry.

3 hours worth of drying.
The dehydrator that I bought says it runs at 165 degrees, its been on for 3 hours and I am unsure how long it's supposed to stay on before they're they cracker dry, maybe you all can help me out with that?
Also I plan to dunk for 4 hours and then drain for 2 hours, then place them back in the fc...sound good?
I'm going to have a fun day tomorrow.
Saved 77g fresh for me and the gf, currently in the fridge wrapped.
Hopefully were not like

Nice first flush!!
I would dry them at 165f for at least 12 hours to make sure they are COMPLETELY cracker dry. Also, if you want, you can store them with a silica gel packet for added insurance.
The last time I tried dunking my bulk subs, it ended up splitting it in half lol. It just gets really messy trying to drain it properly. Instead, I just give the surface a really heavy misting and fan it out for a couple of minutes. Then wait for the new pins to pop up.
Also I like to twist and pull from the base of the fruit, it always snaps right out, with very minimal damage to the substrate underneath. And it leaves more surface area for pins to form.
Your mushies should be fine in the fridge, have a good trip brotha!!
