Looks like your FAE needs help..  It's so important...  just fanning alone isn't enough...  Make sure your SGFC has 1/4" holes every 2 inches.

Wait maybe a week and you'll definitely see pins.

Ah, gotcha. I just recently added holes to the lid and to the bottom. I hope it helps. Would you recommend putting like a fan next to the FC? Would that be ideal or would that take away from the humidity?

They've been in there for about a week now. Maybe a little more. Damn, I feel so stupid for not having good FAE. >.<

A fan will dry out your cakes. Just make sure your SGFC is built to spec and that your chamber has a 6" clearing on all six sides.
