Pondering receptor affinity

Hey you guys. However many million shroomery members there are here by now. lollllllll:
Kaniz is still here. redgreenvines is here so maybe this place doesn't totally suck compared to how it used to be. So on to my question.
Anyone have any cool factoids so we can learn more together about the receptors being activated as it pertains to experience etc. Such as how mushrooms and 25i are activating the same receptors but in profoundly different ways? Or how DOC feels closest to lsd because of the cascading "mediation" of Many different receptors when graphed. Does lsa have a similar cascading slope hitting tons of receptors, or is it primarily a ht1a?
I ponder. I had an experience the other night with lsa and two compounds that have been banned from being talked about. But I think I found the key to the machine Bros! How to activate the unfathomable on even a normal to low dose. Aside from that kick ass-ness though, has anyone had any interesting observations? Correlations you've made between psychedelics that reflect their receptor affinity? I know Salvia sure is crazy not effecting the same clusters of receptors as the classics. Why are mushrooms so perfect and powerful while primarily effecting ht2's. Should mushrooms also to some extent bind to ht1a as well, perhapse a lot even? Ht1a being the "veil to be lifted". Ht1a being such an important part of most psychedelic drugs actions. Like how lsz was made to map ht1a, but does it have a cascading lsd profile of receptor affinity? The experience it provides would suggest so. Any cool correlations and observations welcome. Soryy for the funny out there open ended question. I just want to learn more and I'm Bizzled.
-------------------- Really though we are not living in a scientific or technological age. Today human life is dominated by a hateful and greedy form of stasis which stands in the way of a coming technological age. One where there is hope for the future for example, instead of fear.

Well it's an interesting question, but maybe too general...
