It doesn't matter who calls the cops, neighborhoods and communities are disproportionately harmed by disproportionate enforcement.
So you admit that you believe Blacks deserve to be punished more for the same crimes because of their cultural differences from white people? How about the communities that are affected, do they deserve to be ghettofied by this disproportionate policing because they are not "white enough"?
It's not "disproportionate policing", whites don't do street dealing so how can you say it's disproportionate?
If whites did the same exact thing and the arrests and convictions had a huge disparity then you would have a argument, but today you don't.
Do you think that cultural differences are an aggravating factor in assessing the weight of grievances in court?
Do you think that Black people should be punished for having values and culture, stemming from their shared history, which are different from those of white people?

Not applying commonsense when breaking the law isn't the fault of law enforcement!! If their "values and culture" doesn't have the ability to adapt to those changes, too fucking bad. The burden is on them, not the criminal justice system.

I am not frustrated, but you are a liar, unless you misunderstood my post, and in that case sorry for calling you a liar. I also called you a skinhead because you use the exact same tactics in debate as the Geert Wilders crowd uses here.

That's kind of a dick move. It's like he knows he is wrong on some level, but his ego won't let him see it.
And Stonehenge, it's an ape, man.

"he knows he is wrong"
I know I'm wrong????
You're the person that's telling us that in regards to the "blacklivesmatter" movement, "IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEIR PERCEPTION IS RIGHT"
Yes, it does matter if their perception is wrong, because IT IS WRONG!!!!

They do that on the stormfront website and NIGGERS subreddit, too. In exactly the same way, even.

No, it is because of a perceived culture of law enforcement shooting black people that spawned the "black lives matter" thing, and to coopt that, while noble in of itself, is a tad ignorant of the problems in society, don't you think?
Here you go mate, all nice and easy for you. Do I have to make the font bigger so it's easier to read for ya?

The law is not supposed to selectively allow people to get away with crimes if they use "common sense" while committing them, it's supposed to punish them for committing crimes.
Again, the police evidently prefer to escalate the military tactics they employ against black communities over improving their enforcement standards to make enforcement more fair. By not only enforcing but reinforcing these double standards by cracking down on peaceful protests against them, the justice system is acting in the capacity of racist oppressor, ensuring that these communities have correspondingly decreased opportunities to thrive compared with their white counterparts where the same crimes are committed more privately.
Again, as you yourself have stated, this disproportionate enforcement can be explained by cultural differences, not by the difference in grievance or prevalence of crimes committed. You believe that black culture is inferior and that black communities deserve to be punished more harshly because of the deficits you perceive in their culture.

If white people aren't dealing in broad daylight, how is law enforcement "selectively allow people to get away with crimes"? They're not, they're addressing what is taking place right in front of them. A white person delivering a bag of pot to my home isn't the same thing, why is that so difficult to understand?
The fact that they turn many of their own communities into drug centers is not the fault of white people or the criminal justice system, sad but true.
Once again, if all things were equal and the disparity was still there you would have a case, today you don't.

Once again, if all things were equal and the disparity was still there you would have a case, today you don't.
The only case that I have to make is that the drug laws should be abolished in the first place. It really all comes back to that. It's bullshit that damages society at every level.
The alternative case to make would be that the police need to begin employing Orwellian surveillance tactics in order to equalize the standard of enforcement for minor drug crimes, because as it is currently going, black communities are disproportionately hard-hit by these destructive policies. They do not have the capacity to recover from the cycle of criminalization and incarceration that worsens with each generation until its institutional perpetrators willfully bring it to a halt. Blaming black communities and their culture for their own victimization by this cycle is dishonest, wrong, and to put it bluntly, racist.
Our society has work to do to make things more fair and there are different ways to approach that, but it would be denial to call the status quo fair. Instead we should be arguing together, against drug laws that do nothing but harm our society.

Ah, yes, rip on the foreigner for having some difficulty with the English language... as long as you don't actually have to answer anything. Classic tactic for confusing any debate, and you are very good at that, aren't you?
You are a lost case, you know that? I'm not wasting anymore time with the likes of you. But others can read as well, and it is not hard to see through you. I'm sure nobody would take you very seriously after this.

I have no issue with getting rid of the current drugs laws and releasing African-Americans/and others that got sentenced for drug related crimes.
The drug laws apply equally for everyone, the prisons are also full of whites sentenced for drug crimes, so don't pretend it's just a black injustice taking place.
The fact that black street dealers lack the discretion in making a drug deal is THEIR ISSUE, the fact that it creates a disproportional amount of arrests in their community is THEIR ISSUE.
