I dunno, when I moved from Columbus OH to Portland I had movers that were men, they busted their ass like I remember working at UPS as a teen loading trucks... But here in Portland I got shrimpy little sissies in their early 20s... I offered one ibuprofen, cannabis, and Kratom cuz he kept crying about how much pain he was in..... Packing took 4x as long with much less stuff (threw a lot to move from a house into a condo).... Cost $800 or So for day one. We'll see About moving day today..... I mean I didn't mind paying $7k to get my ass out to Portland cuz it was done with an athletic spirit...... But ffs these guys move like they need quad canes and are only moving me 2 miles.... 80 positive reviews on yelp, can't believe this horseshit.... Wish I had looked in gay yellow pages to find some bulldog Dykes... This job would have been done yesterday.

Relax. Easy does it. You might not feel this way, but moving things can be dangerous and I think as long as people are getting it done I don't think it is cool to try and push them past where they feel comfortable working.
I fucked up my sciatica at UPS because I was a dumb kid and bought into the whole tough-guy mentality espoused by the managers. Slow and steady might not win the race, but it will let you go out and work a job and be able to take home money to your kids without killing yourself, which people deserve.
Also people at UPS often abuse people's property because they rush things. It is better for their bodies and your stuff to take things slow.

I worked there, I stretched my body for 20mins before work and 20 mins after and was pretty okay, never took my aggression out on people's packages... There were times when somebody else's truck overflowed cuz they couldn't handle the intake from the pick and I would rush over and help leaving my own truck in a bad situation.... Lot was using your legs to lift, proper body mechanics would save your ass a lot of pain... Anyways you have to consider the possibility this company is just lazy.

Yeah, I guess I can understand that frustration. The safety people at UPS were the best and are the only reason I think I didn't suffer permanent stress injuries, so I give the most credit to them, but the union milking guys who just didn't want to work were also frustrating.
I hate moving, so I can definitely see how this would be unpleasant for you, but try to stay patient and not stress. Luckily it will all be over relatively soon, even if these people cause it to be drawn out. Just try and make the best of it I guess.
I have very few people who I will help move these days because it is so frustrating for me to work with other people when it comes to moving. It's definitely one of those things that makes me feel like everyone around me is a dumb, lazy, ungrateful asshole I'm usually patient but moving and driving in traffic are two things I know can set me off.
