Requesting Mathmagistions

So im creating a sandblasting box, and this is what it looks like so far

i made all the connections use wood dowels so that i can pull it apart when not using it for easy storage.
I have 2 problems 1 for a mathmagistion and another for a critical thinker
Problem $1, The black pieces, i can't figuer out the length they need to be, to connect to the "blue" square. The blue square is basically where i want the sand to fall to, i don't want it to be near the floor as i plan to have a door on it to empty the sand. But it needs to be at a great enough, or not so great angle, to cause the sand to fall to that point. It gets complicated as the angle changes, the point where the black boards meet changes, which means the length of cut on those boards will need to change, so making proper measuremints seems key to avoid ruining lots of wood.
Now problem %2, is that in said effort to make this easy to disasemble for storage, bacons the question, what do i use to encapsulate the bottom squarish cone? The top and sides of the box i plan to use plywood, thinniest i can find, and only screw it to 2 boards on each side, so that basically i have 4 pieces when im done. in otherwords it can still come apart and not be bulky.
The problem with the bottom is that i expect that the plywood will be hard to cut correctly for the cone as i expect on at least 2 sides that it will need to taper, so if my cuts aren't perfect there will be gaps that will let the sand fly out. I could use tape or silicone to seal said gaps, but then it won't come apart as cleanly as id like. but that may be my only choice. Another problem is how do i connect the black boards and still make it be able to be disembled? id rather not have a big cone sitting in the garage. im not sure dowel pins will work at angles. All my other connections where i used dowels they are pointed vertically, so all the dowel does is keep the board from falling off a board that its resting on, i left those out of my drawing incase your wondering, basically at each corner i have 2 pieces of wood that lets the connections rest ontop of
anyways, i don't expect much help, but i was board

they are pieces of wood, to hold the blue pieces of wood, everything there is wood.

see the cone shape on the bottom of this one?
im building one of those just out of wood. A tiny one costs like $300, im building this one and it will run me like $50 and be 2x as big
