Substrate colonization looking grey

Hey friends, Long time reader of the site, since about '07, just couldn't remember my old login info I recently got back into cultivation and I think I'm having an issue, and was hoping for some advice. Real quick about my setup, WBS with Treasure Coast spores.. everything went well here, had full colonization in roughly 3 weeks. Instead of making my own substrate this time around, I ordered 15 pounds from Shroom Supply. After receiving my poop, I set up 2 monotubs with 7.5lb ea/substrate and 3 quart jars each of spawn, and mixed them up. I began seeing results by the next day with mycellium poking through the top on both. Also, I couldn't quite remember if I was supposed to have FAE in the colonization phase or not, so I did one with polyfil and one with taped holes. I'm not misting the tubs, just letting the monotub handle the moisture. However, now I think I'm fucked. I'm 11 days in and it looks like a lot of grey formed in both tubs. In all the years I did this before, I never came across contamination issues (unless you count the time I tried the cake things in pint jars, what a disaster that was lol). I don't notice any odors either, just kind of smells humid when I open the lid. So, I've uploaded a few pics. I would appreciate so greatly if someone had any input on this. I'm happy to take phone calls/texts as well, PM please for my number if you prefer. Can also include additional photos if needed. I'll be checking back quite often.

Until fully colonized, no FAE.
No misting either.... you've got mold. Use the search function - you might be able to save it with some hydrogen peroxide spray, but it looks like you're hosed. Tutorials are great.

That does not look good my friend. I bet it's starting to reek too.

@meowshroom - Indeed they are. Was just trying to wing it off my previous monotub experience but I guess 6 or 7 years away made me forget too much. I'm gonna give the peroxide spray a shot because why-not, but I think I'm pretty hosed too . Thank you for the reply and the FAE infoz
@TravelAgency - Surprisingly no funky odors or anything, smells like nothing really.
Thanks for input, dudes.
