Habitat:
Found in woods growing on wood and soil.

Gills:
Cream/Light brown.

Stem:
2-3 cm in length, tan brown in colour, thin.

Cap:
Tan brown colour

Spore print color:
Rusty yellow/brown colour

Bruising:
Violet brown.

General appearance and spore color point to Conocybe / Pholiotina. Though I'm not familiar with the species in your area.

The first pic of the cluster is more likely a Laccaria sp. The others look like Conocybe/ Pholiotina

I thought the first cluster may have been different too. Are they active? I think you guys are definitely right about the conocybes.
