Hey there everybody.
I have two problems with my shroomies.
first is: the heat in my room is 30°C and just lowers to 29° at night.
since they almost finished incubation, for which the temp was perfect, now I dont know how to keep them 22-25 °C. Need good ideas!
second problem is: either if I find a cool place somewhere, I'm leaving for holidays in a few days. I need a method to keep them fruiting without having to personally keep the humidity and air exchange myself (opening the box and wetting it everyday)
THANK YOU !

I have successfully in those conditions. Not great though. I had bacteria issues.
Look into a "Swamp Cooler" or just buy a cheap window AC unit. If not for your grow then just for yourself man that brutal.
Addressing your second question. If you have a properly dialed in monotub, you can leave it for a good while and it will do its thing without misting or fanning at all.

30°C is too hot for colonizing temps. you are risking bacteria contamination at those temps. Ideal temps would have been room temp, 22-25°C.

Cubensis can be fruited at the same temperatures as colonization.
