Coir/verm bulk cake help

Ok so i have this bulk sub i mixed 8 quart jars of wbs an ten quart jars of coir/verm very basic. Been one week and a day and this baby has finally colonized, around day 5-6 it stopped growing or from what i can tell an now their are these tiny white speck clusters forming.. Looks a lot like yeast infection in a jar to me personaly (mainly cause i had hidden contams pop up on last grow)
Research is leaning towards primordia if thats what the specks are.. I think, idk what knots are i have seen a few pics but never a full description of the difference between hyphal knots an primordia.
Excuse the spelling in a rush atm,
Hopefully its pre pinning and im just being impatient but if yall have any tips or advice lemme know. Ipad camera blows steve jobs dead cock or i would have pics... Feel free to ask more about it

Sounds a lot like hyphal knots. Look up more pictures of it on google and compare to your bulk sub surface. If they look similar then you are on the right track. However, you mentioned they are "white clusters" so that also could be the start of trich. I had a tub a while back that had bright white patches on one side, I thought it was just overgrown mycelium but turned green the next day and I tossed that shit out. Just be on the lookout for any discoloration or weird smells.

Sounds like hyphal knots.. Can't be sure unless you post a pic though.
Just wait a couple days and when you see the first pins start giving it fresh air.
Best~

Starting to see a few pins its been three days fruiting now an i have approx 10 + pins with what looks to be alot more coming shortly.
What are some estimated times to wait. Obviously 3 weeks would be way to long but i also dont wanna breed a contam again hoping it will flush.
Temps running about 73-81 inside considering its 100+ daily here i think its ok.
And more than likely its me being impatient...

Word. Fan once in sfternoon when hot an misting once i think thats about right. Idea of a monotub is to not have to mist but i think it helps

I think it does too, just don't mist too much. What are temps at that you're fanning?

Roughly 79-82, 84 if i feel like my ac bill is gonna be super high but rough average i say 80.
All primordia or knots are balling up into tiny pins, found a couple more that were maybe size of a pinky nail
Fingers crossed

Sigh i hate the guessing game. I have some agar i mixed in 1/8 pint jars an surprisingly it fruited aswell an i took one of the two fruits an transfrered pieces into 4 more agar jars. will this possibly yield a better fruit? Possibly.
Pictures will hopefully be up tomorro

You fruited from an agar plate
You're supposed to cut out a clean wedge and then transfer that to find good growth patterns or a monoculture if you have enough plates to work with.
But yeah, it should work, only way to find out if the fruits will be "better" is to transfer a wedge to grains and go to bulk!

The problem with fruiting from agar is the highly nutritious substrate coupled with terrible water content and all around bulk means tiny mushrooms and long pinning times.

A tub that size should be producing much bigger mushrooms. Loosen that polyfill up!!

Also looks like it could have used a few more days of colonizing.

They don't look like they're starving for air that bad... I think you just got some shit genes there bud.
How much water did you give your substrate?? You should want the entire surface to be covered with tiny droplets.

Well my mix for this tub was 10 coir/verm jars . 2 quarts verm 1 brick and 5 quarts of water. Mixed with 8 wbs jars. The sub seems fine in aspect of moisture.
Well i guess its better than having a huge green or cottony white patch devouring it.
My agar has taken off quite nice but i wonder if just growing a healthy colony an transfering it will increase the genetic outcome.
