The Hot Brown.

Finally got around to making this.  The Hot Brown is a Kentucky Treat.  It's an open faced turkey tomato and bacon sandwich smothered in cheddar cheese sauce.  I made mine with broccoli and hash browns.

Start out by toasting your toast, cut two pieces into triangles. 
I used turkey tenderloin for this, roasted in the oven @400 for 20 minutes.  Lay slices of turkey and tomato on the toast and say that three times fast while drinking Bells Brewery Amber Ale.
Make a cheese sauce with two tbsp. flour and two cups whole milk.  Stir this till its thick and then add 1.5 cups white cheddar.  Smother your bird with this and put under the broiler for 8 minutes.

My finished pics are a bit messy because I threw everything on the plate but that's how I recommend eating this, Just cut in and shovel it into your face.
