I see orange in the red tray....but I'm not sure if it's a contam .And what temperature did you incubate at and did you drop it by ten degrees? Also what's your FAE technique, and is the humidity high enough?

Maybe too much Fae and not enough humidity use perlite, and fan 2-4 times a day because ten times seems quite excessive imo.

Well fanning does trigger but your substrate could dry out and make sure the temp is about ten degrees lower than inncubation temps.Next time you could try a cold shock maybe.

Hmm you should be fine ....I'd invest in a new mini fridge for coldshocks and lcs.

Your FC doesn't look like it has any holes, try making a SGFC or minimono, no need for perlite and cold shocking is a myth no fridge needed.

It's not needed and yup you always should go with sgfc...only reason I mentioned fridge was because he can't lower his temps.

Coldshocking isn't a myth, it's just not needed for any standard cubensis. I believe UK liberty caps require (/benefit from) a cold shock to fruit.

Yeah it is a myth. It was developed because you have to cold shock other edible species, as well as other cooler temperature mushrooms. Cubensis is a tropical species. In the wild it is always warm, so they don't need a cold shock. Anything tropical doesn't need a cold shock and won't benefit from one.
You also should have a proper sgfc. It's a chamber meant for maximum fae and less humidity (100s of holes) because you don't need high humidity. When the surface of the substrate looks dry/not damp, it needs to be misted. The key is proper hydration with misting and lots of fae.
Fanning doesn't replace fae. Tbh I don't fan ever. Fanning is ONLY done after misting to help evaporate the water you just added. If you had proper fae, it'll evaporate without the need of fanning.
Mushie was on the right track saying it is probably dried out, just saying humidity isn't the answer. When it's dry hit it with a mist

A small amount of holes near the surface of the tray/the lip of it and a large amount on top. That's the hole placement I recommend. If things are drying up too quickly or the kit feels too light when you pick it up, tape some holes up. That's why I like bag chambers. It's pretty easy to poke holes and use tape.
Mist when the tray isn't damp/shimmering anymore. After poking holes it'll dry out quicker too, so you will probably have to mist at least once a day
