Like opb said, this is one way to do it. Works well and you could make a hundred 10cc spore syringes from one print. The op idea would work also but seems like an invite for contams. Both sound great in theory. But... Contamination sneaks in wherever it can. You would want to wait the cap starts dropping heavy spores. Your screen to hold the cap must be sterile. It should work just fine. I would make a shit load of syringes at one time and then randomly test them with a jar.
One problem with spores dropping onto water is that they will want to float. Maybe add a few drops of jet dry to the water before sterilization.
Going g2g starts getting into too much work. I still prefer to grow from spore syringes on certain species. I work with agar on others.
What I would seriously consider is multiplying store bought syringes. Companies overload their syringes now. They do so to be visibly pleasing. It does not increase germination time and barely increases colonization times. I would sterilize, or better yet, buy 100cc bottle of sterile water from ebay. Squirt your new store bought syringe into the bottle and bam, you multiplied your spore syringes

I was planning to add the water after the shrooms has dropped its spores into the jar.
Anyway, I'm looking into this spore printing business, maybe I'll just do that like everyone else. Seems like the tried and tested method.

There a million ways to do it. Just learn how the process works and how to avoid contams then try whatever you want. Experimenting is a quick way to learn a lot. Mistakes teach you more than success every time.
